  • Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
  • Manage and coordinate workers, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Report progress and issues to project managers.
  • Enforce safety regulations and protocols.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines.

المتطلبات

  • At least high school graduate or any related vocational course
  • With NCII is an advantage
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience as a General Foreman (e.g., structural, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
  • With strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
  • Willing to do field works and travel to branches 
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City Head Office
