Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage reservations efficiently, including booking, confirming, and accommodating special requests.
Answer and direct phone calls, addressing inquiries about the restaurant and its offerings.
Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service.
Assist with cashiering duties, processing payments accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless service operations.

With at least 1 year or more of experience as a receptionist in a resort or hotel is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be available to start immediately.
