• The Importation Associate is responsible for managing the full importation process to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods. The role involves close coordination with international suppliers, brokers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end importation process including purchase order (P.O.) issuance, coordination with foreign suppliers, and preparation of Customs documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of ATRIG, billing, and import records
• Monitor stock levels of imported goods and assist in warehouse receiving when necessary
• Resolve shipment issues such as discrepancies or damaged goods with suppliers and logistics partners
• Work closely with the Finance team to manage budgets, review cost estimates, and ensure timely supplier payments

• 1–2 years of experience in coordinating with international suppliers and customs brokers
• Graduate of any related course (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs Administration)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Willing to work on-site, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
