  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate and persuade customers.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service before and after sales to uphold customer satisfaction and retention.
