TradeX is a fast-growing global Web3 platform focused on innovation, compliance, and user experience. We’re expanding rapidly across Asia, and we’re looking for a bilingual professional to bridge communication and operations between our Chinese and Indian teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a translator and communication bridge between Chinese-speaking management and Indian local teams, partners, or agencies.
• Assist in daily coordination across departments (HR, BD, marketing, compliance).
• Translate documents, business emails, and meeting notes between English, Chinese, and local Indian languages when needed.
• Support Sri Lanka market development, including identifying potential BD partners, local merchants, or event opportunities.
• Help collect market insights and competitor updates from the Indian Web3 ecosystem.
• Participate in business calls, community events, or negotiations, providing translation and local context.
• Ensure all communications and translations are accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with company goals.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both spoken and written).
• Based in India with strong understanding of local business culture and communication norms.
• Previous experience in translation, operations, or business coordination preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
• Interest or background in Web3, finance, or technology is a plus.
