Manages the business accounts, budget and expenses. Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws for the various companies such as Brightbrightboy Multimedia Corp., Yentownkid & Co. Inc. and Bawal Industries Inc.
Process request for payment vouchers, check vouchers, adjusting entries, journal vouchers, schedule of accounts, bank reconciliations and working trial balance.
Responsible with bookkeeping and financial statements
Responsible in all mandatory government remittances such as SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF.
Responsible in all BIR remittances such as expanded withholding tax, withholding tax on compensation and others and file it thru EFPS
Checking of BIR Reports such as year-end inventories, annualization and others
Analyzing account variances
One of the Officer on-charge in handling internal and external audit such as BIR, LGU, in house auditor and external audit
Prepares payroll, 13th month pay and bonuses
Attends some administrative concerns of the various companies
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
