主要职责:
1. 主导客服 AI 聊天机器人的整体建设、训练与持续优化。
2. 设计并维护聊天脚本、对话流程及情境逻辑，确保回复准确、高效且具有人性化。
3. 分析机器人数据与客户反馈，持续提升自动解决率与客户满意度。
4. 与公司内部各部门(风控、运营、产品、技术)及外部供应商协作，推动系统集成与功能优化。
5. 制定并执行符合公司客服战略的智能客服发展规划。
6. 关注行业前沿技术，积极引入创新的自动化解决方案。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，传播学、计算机或相关专业优先
2. 具备 2年以上客服聊天机器人或自动化工具
3. 管理经验(有金融科技/加密货币行业经验者优先)熟悉对话设计、自然语言处理(NLP)与客户旅程优化。
4. 具备良好的沟通与跨部门协作能力，数据分析与问题解决能力强，逻辑清晰。
5. 中英文流利者优先。
