Job Description
岗位职责：
1、合约功能研发：负责永续 / 杠杆的下单、撮合、仓位、保证金等核心功能，保障高并发下的稳定低延迟。
2、风控与对冲：落地风控规则（爆仓、限额等），对接对冲引擎并确保数据一致。
3、性能与稳定性：优化接口性能、搭建监控体系、设计高可用架构。
4、协作与文档：协同多部门设计方案，编写文档并配合测试。
任职要求：
1、具有 3-5 年以上服务端开发经验，至少 1 年金融 / 交易系统相关经验优先；
2、熟悉撮合引擎、订单系统、资产 / 账务系统中的至少一个模块；
3、对永续、杠杆、多空仓位、资金费率、强平 / 爆仓等概念有清晰认知；
4、熟练掌握微服务框架（Spring 等）、中间件（Kafka/Redis 等），能优化高并发系统与数据库。
5、熟悉合约业务、抗压能力强、善于协作。
必须项：
web three 经验
加分项
1、有数字资产、证券期货、量化交易、做市商等行业经验；
2、参与过永续、期货、期权等衍生品系统的设计和实现；
3、对风险管理、对冲策略、资金管理有实战经验或研究经历；
4、有参与撮合引擎、清算系统、风控引擎等核心模块研发经验。
