Your Responsibilities:

Agent Acquisition: Responsible for agent development in target markets and driving new agent registrations.

Social Media Operations: Familiar with social media channels in target markets; able to plan and write engaging social content.

Relationship Management: Establish long-term partnerships to enhance agent loyalty, trading volume, and activity.

Market Expansion: Analyze industry trends, identify potential partners, and broaden market channels.

Performance Growth: Drive agent trading growth and achieve performance targets to earn additional bonus incentives.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure prompt response to and optimization of agent needs.

Requirements:

At least one year of business experience at an exchange; candidates with existing resources are preferred.

Proficient in client acquisition and relationship management, with strong market insight and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented with a strong performance drive and a willingness to pursue high bonus incentives.

Excellent proficiency in Chinese (written & spoken) for effective communication with team members and clients.
