职责
1. 系统性开拓目标客户群体，包括 SFC 持牌机构、RWA 发行方、合规型数字资产交易所及机构级 DeFi 协议；全权负责从 prospecting 至 contract signing 的完整销售流程
2. 识别并推进具有战略价值的机构合作，包括数据共享协议、联合研究发布及监管对话中的商务配合
3. 持续追踪香港 RWA / 数字资产监管动态（SFC、HKMA 政策方向），定期向管理层输出市场研判
4. 深度参与香港核心行业生态（HK FinTech Week、HashKey 生态圈等），强化公司本地机构品牌存在感
5. 维护结构化 pipeline，定期汇报商务进展
岗位要求
1. 长期居港，在香港 Web3 / FinTech / 传统金融机构圈层拥有经验证的实质性人脉网络优先
2. 3年以上机构销售或 BD 经验，具备数字资产交易所、FA、持牌资管机构或 RWA 项目任职背景者优先
3. 理解 SFC 监管框架下数字资产业务的基本运作逻辑，能够就 RWA 结构、信用风险等议题与机构客户进行实质性对话
4. 拥有可直接推进的目标客户资源或已建立合作意向者优先
