Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain partnerships with institutional clients, trading communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

2. Formulate and execute user growth strategies to increase platform trading volume and user engagement.

3. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand influence and user retention.

4. Collaborate with the risk management team to monitor and discuss risk parameters for derivative products.

5. Track and analyze core business data to provide decision support for product and marketing strategies.

6. Coordinate internal and external communications and drive partner incentive settlements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of business experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, financial derivatives, or related fields.

2. Familiarity with crypto derivatives trading mechanisms and fundamental risk management concepts.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong data analysis capabilities, and a results-driven mindset.

4. Preference given to candidates with institutional, high-net-worth, or KOL resource networks.

5. English proficiency or experience in overseas market expansion is a plus.
