Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries and concerns through chat or email support. You will be responsible for providing accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all written communications. You are expected to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and adhering to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Strong written communication skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Amenable to shifting schedules
