ECOMMERCE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (with 2 years proven experience)

Rate: PHP 500–700 per hour, depending on experience and hours worked

Outsourcing Crew is looking for experienced Ecommerce Virtual Assistants to support online businesses across various industries. If you have a strong background in ecommerce platforms, marketing tools, and content creation, and you value reliability and quality work, this role may be a great fit.

THE ROLE

We are seeking Ecommerce Virtual Assistants with at least one year of hands-on experience supporting ecommerce clients. You will work closely with international clients and assist with daily operations, marketing support, and content-related tasks.

A minimum of one year of Virtual Assistant experience in ecommerce is required.

ABOUT YOU

This role is open for Filipino VAs residing in the Philippines

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working with ecommerce clients

• Proven experience using one or more of the following platforms:

Shopify

Klaviyo

Social media marketing with intermediate-level content creation

Portfolio Requirement (Required)

• You must be able to share a portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in ecommerce, social media content, email marketing, or related projects

Communication

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams

Technical Skills

 Experience in some or all of the following:

• Social media marketing
• Email marketing
• Shopify store management
• Klaviyo email campaigns and flows
