We’re hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to support day-to-day design needs across digital content.
This role is focused on creating clean, engaging visuals for video content, social media, and brand assets. You’ll be working on things like thumbnails, promotional graphics, and basic brand materials.

What this role involves
You’ll be designing consistently, not occasionally. Speed and consistency matter just as much as creativity.
A big part of the work will be creating thumbnails for video and podcast content, so you should understand what makes a design clickable and clear.

Responsibilities

• Design YouTube and podcast thumbnails
• Create social media graphics and promotional visuals
• Design posters, simple brand assets, and marketing materials
• Follow existing brand styles and keep visuals consistent
• Make quick revisions based on feedback
• Organize and export files properly

What we’re looking for

• Basic to solid experience with Photoshop (or similar tools)
• Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create clean, modern designs
• Comfortable working quickly without overcomplicating designs
• Able to take feedback and improve work fast
• Organized with files and naming

Nice to have

• Experience designing thumbnails for YouTube or podcast content
• Familiarity with Illustrator or Canva
• Basic understanding of social media content trends
