Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


1. HR Operations Support:


1.1. Execute daily processes such as employee onboarding, probation, transfers, and resignations, ensuring accurate and timely updates of employee information;


1.2. Assist in the implementation of SSC HR projects in different regions (e.g., employee file management, contract signing, audit support);


2. Employee Payroll and Benefits Support:


2.1. Assist in collecting and organizing salary data, preparing monthly payroll (including overtime, subsidies, adjustments, etc.);


2.2. Understand local social security and housing provident fund (e.g., CPF, EPF) contribution policies, ensuring compliant processing;


2.3. Cooperate with Payroll and finance departments to complete data verification and submission;


3. Compliance and Audit Support:


3.1. Be familiar with local labor laws in the target market, keep up with compliance updates, and promptly synchronize with TAs and HRBPs;


3.2. Prepare necessary documents and approval records to handle... Internal or External Audit


3.3. Assist in the compilation and process arrangement of materials for handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues.


4. SSC Process Optimization and System Support:


4.1. Establish and optimize internal processes, such as onboarding and offboarding SOPs, personnel data synchronization processes, automated forms, etc.;


4.2. Participate in the setting, testing, and deployment of Lark-related processes;


4.3. Collaborate with HRIS to promote tool automation optimization;


5. Collaboration and Support:


5.1. Liaise with HRBPs, TAs, training departments, etc., worldwide to provide daily support services;


5.2. Participate in employee dispatch, contract conversion, etc., as needed;


Job Requirements:


1. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or Shared Service Center (SSC), exchange experience preferred;


2. Familiar with the HR/social security policies of at least one country (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore);


3. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, meticulous, patient, and service-oriented;


4. Proficient in Excel and Lark (e.g., wiki, Google Drive, etc.)


Bonus Points:


1. Experience in Payroll, Compensation, and HR compliance audits


2. Experience in building a global SSC or HR Shared Service Center
