Job Details:

• Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home
• Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱29,000
• Sign-In Bonus: ₱50,000
• Schedule: Graveyard Shift

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in US Mortgage account (NON-NEGO)
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer service and mortgage processing experience preferred
• Willing to work graveyard shift
• Amenable to permanent WFH setup

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and Mortgage Loan Originators with loan-related concerns
• Provide support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle mortgage documentation, loan processing, and account management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loans
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company guidelines
