Job Description
为我们的在线照明商店接听客户电话、实时聊天和电子邮件。
岗位职责：
1、协助客户进行产品咨询、照明规格和产品推荐。
2、帮助客户选择合适的照明产品，并将咨询转化为销售。
3、通过Shopify处理和管理订单。
4、与供应商协调订单履行和发货事宜。
5、跟踪订单，并为客户提供及时的更新。
6、处理售后支持、退货、交换和保修咨询。
7、在客户旅程中提供卓越的客户服务。
任职条件：
1、有客户服务、销售、电子商务或零售方面的经验。
2、有较强的书面和口头英语沟通能力。
3、积极、专业和以客户为中心的态度。
4、Shopify、Zendesk、实时聊天或客户支持平台经验者经验优先。
5、有照明产品、家居装饰或室内设计知识者优先。
工作时间：每天晚上22:00~次日早上8:00（中国时间）；
激励：表现优秀者可晋升为全职职位
