Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all operational tasks before, during, and after the launch of spot assets, with the ability to independently manage the asset onboarding timeline Familiar with spot-related campaigns and activities, possessing strong growth operations skills, including user acquisition, trading, and asset retention Able to flexibly iterate product strategies based on market conditions and competitor actions to enhance product growth Qualifications: Over 3 years of operations experience at Tier-1 or Tier-2 exchanges Strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues Excellent English proficiency, capable of communicating fluently in an English-speaking environment
