Job Responsibilities:
1. Design innovative and compelling derivatives campaign programs based on the exchange’s business objectives and market dynamics to enhance user engagement and trading volume.
2. Collaborate closely with product, R&D, and other departments to drive project implementation and rollout, and partner with marketing and related teams to support post-launch product growth.
3. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign-related data to evaluate effectiveness and impact, and develop optimization plans to improve subsequent activities’ performance.
4. Engage proactively with users to gather feedback and suggestions, address complaints and issues promptly, and ensure a high-quality user experience and satisfaction.
5. Analyze competitors’ exchange operations within the cryptocurrency market context, propose practical solutions, and implement corresponding improvements.
6. Drive campaign execution tailored to BD operations and KOL requirements, boosting user conversion and fostering effective collaboration with business development teams and key opinion leaders.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; major in finance, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field preferred.
2. Experience in event operations within the cryptocurrency industry or financial derivatives sector, with strong familiarity with derivatives trading products and markets.
3. Excellent event planning and organizational skills, with the ability to independently develop and execute campaign plans.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly reporting campaign status and recommendations to management at all levels and to team members.
5. Strong data analysis skills, able to apply data-driven approaches to optimize campaign strategies.
6. Ability to work under pressure and drive successful campaign execution in a highly competitive market environment.
7. Strong communication and coordination abilities and a collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
