我们是一家处于初创阶段的互联网公司，我们目前处于 0 到 1 的深度设计阶段，产品还没上线。目前核心任务是把 的底层逻辑、结算流程、以及代理逻辑这种比较复杂的业务模型彻底跑通并原型化。 这里有部分现成的文档给你看，需要你配合我们把脑子里的构想，落地成严丝合缝的 PRD 和交互原型。
二、我们对你的要求
- 必须全职：0 到 1 阶段最忌讳沟通断层，所以不接受兼职，需要你工作时间全量在线，能随时跟进讨论。
- 开荒能力： 有过从零开始搭建中后台系统或金融支付产品的经验。知道怎么从业务需求里抽象出逻辑，理解能力要强。
- 逻辑控：我们的业务涉及结算、多级分润逻辑，甚至还有些算法层面的机制。如果你逻辑思维不缜密，开发出来的东西后面就是大坑，所以这关我们会严审。
- 实干派：至少3 年以上经验，能借助ai整理规范的文档，原型画得清楚（简约风格，不求花哨但求专业）。
三、你现阶段的任务
- 架构梳理：参与 LPM 平台核心模块（C端、B端代理、Admin总控）的逻辑梳理和流程图绘制。
- 文档落地：产出高质量的 PRD，要能直接给到 Java 后端进行技术评审。
四、待遇与说明
薪资：[ 15k-25k]咱们按能力说话，面议。
办公：纯远程。我们更看重产出效率，不搞形式主义。
面试：简历初筛后会有一个简单的逻辑拆解测试（非体力活，主要看你对复杂业务的理解速度）。
