Job Description

Office 365 SITE SURVEYSPRODUCTION QUOTEINSTALLATION QUOTECOORDINATION OF PROJECTINVOICE APPROVAL

Description

  • Acquire quotes on all aspects of the projects that are being handled
  • Utilize Office 365 to manage all projects via the customized project controller system that the client has developed
  • Negotiate and organize numerous projects and contractors at once while achieving deadlines and budgets
  • Coordination of multiple signage projects around Australia


SITE SURVEYS

  • To locate and contact local signage contractors to complete details photographs and measurements of sites for the purpose of graphical overlays by our graphic team


PRODUCTION QUOTE

  • To acquire quotes on the production of all signage based on the production files supplied by the graphics team


INSTALLATION QUOTE

  • To acquire a quote on the installation of all signage based on the installation files supplied by our graphics team


COORDINATION OF PROJECT

  • Coordinate production contractor with the installation contractor along with liaison with the site to ensure all client deadlines and budgets are met


COMPLETION

  • Checking of finished photos and sign off documentation to ensure matches artwork and quality requirements


INVOICE APPROVAL

  • Checking of invoices to ensure they all match the approved quotes and sign off and approve through to the accounts department


GENERAL

  • Various requirements as requested by Business Development Manager including Marketing as required

Requirement

Must Haves

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Highly organized and disciplined

• Be able to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize accordingly

• Able to plan and achieve project milestones for production and installation quotes

• Highly organized and self-disciplined

• Medium to advanced Excel skills

• Good honest communicator

• Good eye for detail

• Ability to manage multi projects at one time and compete as per required milestones

• Negotiation skills with contractors

• Planning and project management abilities are crucial to the role


Home Office Requirements
