Job Description

- 管理高優先級的客戶升級，確保及時解決並與客戶進行清晰且主動的溝通。
- 與支持層級、產品開發和工程團隊合作，有效升級和解決客戶問題。
- 與銷售和客戶成功團隊協作，將支持活動與客戶需求和業務目標對齊。
- 向內部利益相關者提供戰略性反饋，以促進產品改進和流程優化。
- 開發強大的升級管理流程，以高效處理關鍵客戶問題。
- 與全球支持團隊協調，確保各地區升級的持續和有效解決。
- 在升級過程中與客戶和內部利益相關者保持透明的溝通，以確保滿意度。
- 貢獻於創建、維護和增強全面的技術知識和標準作業程序（SOP）知識庫。
- 鼓勵支持團隊內部的知識分享和持續學習，以提高效率和效能。
- 支持優化知識管理系統的倡議，以提高可訪問性和可用性。
- 分析和報告案例趨勢和指標，以識別改進機會並推動運營卓越。
- 監督案例分配和團隊可用性，以有效滿足工作負載需求和SLA目標。
- 領導跨部門的關鍵案例升級，以確保及時和有效的解決。
