Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Web3 Sales Representative who understands the crypto space inside-out and can confidently connect with token founders, developers, and project teams.

This is a commission-only position, ideal for a self-driven closer with an existing network in the crypto industry.

Compensation Structure

* Commission-Based Only

* Earn 20% – 25% commission on every successful client you onboard

* Commission applies to both:

* Smart Contract Audit deals

*KYC Verification services

* No cap on earnings (Unlimited income potential)

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and reach out to crypto founders, token developers, and Web3 startups

* Generate qualified leads for Smart Contract Audit and KYC services

* Pitch and explain Vital Block Security’s service offerings professionally

* Follow up and nurture prospects until deal closure

* Maintain strong relationships within Web3 communities.

* Represent Vital Block Security across Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and other crypto-native platforms.

Requirements

* Strong experience in Web3 and Crypto industry (Mandatory)

* Proven ability to contact and communicate with crypto founders, token creators, and blockchain developers

Deep understanding of:

* Smart contracts

* Token launches

* DeFi projects

* Blockchain ecosystems

* Existing network within the crypto/

* Web3 ecosystem is a strong advantage

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

* Comfortable working independently in a commission-based role

* Understands the urgency and trust requirements of audit and KYC services
