1. In line with the company's strategy, participate in the formulation of the company's agency/partner policies and comprehensively promote the company's products;

2. Establish a cooperative control system for agents, responsible for the recruitment, operational management, incentivization, and elimination of agents, to create a stable and high-quality agent team for the company;

3. Provide business guidance and training to agents, collaborating with them to achieve channel performance targets.

4. Assist the company in implementing the management system for agents and ensure the execution of all agent management tasks.
