• Lead and guide a team of Financial Advisors
• Set performance goals and targets for the team
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to advisors
• Develop strategies to help the team grow and succeed
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Ensure clients receive excellent service and support
• Recruit and onboard new Financial Advisors
• Report team progress and performance to senior management
