Job Description

• Conduct user research to collect and analyze user needs and feedback
• Design and implement surveys, interviews, and usability tests
• Collaborate with the product team to provide in-depth user experience insights
• Prepare user research reports and recommend product improvements
• Participate in various user experience workshops to facilitate cross-department collaboration

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in psychology, sociology, or a related field
• Experience: 3–5 years of work experience
• Skills & Abilities: Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in user research methodologies
• Responsibilities: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
