Hello everyone! We’re looking for a talented video editor to join our team. Someone who is not overloaded with other projects and is ready to start working ASAP! This video will explain what we do in 60 seconds.

You will work remotely under a freelance contract with the British company Filmorite Ltd to fulfil the needs of some clients we have for their social media.

Job Requirements:

• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher, as you’ll edit exclusively English-language content.
• Software: Only Premiere Pro and After Effects are used as main apps, and something like CapCut or Captions apps to create closed captions. You must be highly proficient in both programs, not just one.
• You must have proven experience as a video editor for Instagram and TikTok, not as a motion designer, not on kids' YouTube channels ot News Channels.
• This is a senior video editor position for someone who already has well-developed skills. If you haven’t worked full-time at another company or haven’t been a full-time freelancer making a living from editing for at least 1 year, it’s unlikely you’ll pass the interview stage.

Key Responisibilities.

As a Video Editor at Filmorite Ltd, you will be responsible for:

• Editing short form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and similar social media platforms
• Working with provided footage, references, and briefs to create engaging video content
• Adding captions, sound effects, music, and basic motion elements when required
• Applying feedback and revisions accurately within agreed deadlines
• Preparing videos in platform optimised formats and resolutions
• Organising project files and maintaining consistent export standards
• Communicating remotely with the production team regarding edits and revisions

Work Conditions:

1. Remote work from your own PC or laptop + extra 4K screen
2. Payment is weekly on Mondays during the probation period. You can also request payment after your first submitted video to confirm that we will pay for the work. Payments in USD or GBP. After probation, payments are made monthly from the 1st to the 5th.
3. Hourly rate. Your rate will depend on your test video performance, but you can expect $5−10/hour, with a workload of 50−130 hours/month = $250−1300 per month.
