- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in sales pitching and closure; ability to provide back office support.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, possible shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, resilience, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
