Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to client concerns
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Document all interactions and follow company guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed

Job Requirements:

• Must have completed Senior High School or higher education
• At least 6 months of BPO experience is required
• Must have excellent English communication skills
