• Deliver dynamic English language and can bring out students’ English and smile
• Familiarize and conduct the lesson materials provided by the company
• Can smile all the time and praise students while learning, in order for them to feel encouraged to participate and progress
• Assess students progress and provide feedback in their English language skills
• Preferably can work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Peak Hours)

• High School, Fresh Graduate, Under Graduate and College Graduate (any course is acceptable)
• Must be a Filipina residing in the Philippines
• No teaching experience needed
• No certificate needed, but with TESOL certificate is an advantage
• Proficiency in English language
• Must have good communication skills
• Patient and adaptable 
• Must have TIN ID

• Noise-canceling headset with built-in microphone
• High Quality Camera
• Must have good internet connection (LAN Cable)
