What You’ll Do:

1. Design innovative and engaging contract activity plans based on the business objectives of the exchange and market dynamics to enhance user participation and trading volume.
2. Work closely with departments such as product and R&D to push forward project implementation and collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote growth after product launch.
3. Continuously monitor and analyze activity-related data, evaluate the effectiveness and impact of activities, and formulate optimization plans to improve and enhance the performance of subsequent activities.
4. Actively interact with users to collect feedback and suggestions, promptly address complaints and issues, ensuring a high-quality user experience and satisfaction.
5. Analyze the operational status of competitors based on cryptocurrency market conditions, propose actionable solutions, and implement corresponding improvement measures.
