The role involves conducting research, analyzing business trends, preparing reports, and facilitating planning sessions to align the organization’s objectives with its long-term goals.
Assist Planning Unit Head in drafting corporate plans and directions.
Supports facilitation of annual Strategic Planning activities.
Ensures regular departmental KPI reporting and monitoring of target achievement based on the approved MTBP.
Supports Comptrollership and business units in budget deliberations and budget monitoring related to approved MTBP.
Coordinates with business control departments (Risk, Audit, Compliance, Legal) to ensure that plans are within the legal bounds of TFSPH business and standards, and that all potential risks have corresponding mitigations.
Provides administrative support by managing task calendar, coordinating day-to-day logistics, processing, and monitoring requests and issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of planning financial analysis, and or people management experience.
Minimum 2 to 3 years in project management.
