Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recruitment and/or sourcing experience in a BPO/Volume Hiring/Call Center set-up
• US Hiring experience is a plus
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Sharp attention to detail and process-oriented
• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules /Philippine holidays/weekends (if needed)
• Must be willing to render overtime if there's an operation need
• Must be amenable to work onsite in Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and other platforms.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate with external partners and recruitment agencies when needed.
