Job Responsibilities

• Based on existing sales strategies, drive new client acquisition at fitness clubs, yoga studios, personal training gyms, and similar facilities in Thailand and the Philippines, and conduct SaaS product proposal sales.
• Gather information on local customer needs and commercial practices, and provide feedback to the internal team.
• Conduct client meetings, manage contract procedures, and support implementation.
• Collaborate with the Japan head office team to support local business expansion.

Required Qualifications

• On-site sales experience: Experience in corporate sales in Thailand or the Philippines. Experience in the fitness or SaaS industries is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of the local market: Insight into local fitness market trends, commercial practices, culture, and interpersonal dynamics.
• Language skills: Business-level or higher English proficiency is required to communicate effectively with local business partners. Proficiency in Tagalog or Thai is a plus.
• IT literacy: Basic understanding of SaaS products and the ability to convey their value to customers.
