Job Description / Basic Function

To assist in the administrative and work coordination processes relating to the HMO/Insurance needs for the valued Clients in an efficient, workmanlike and professional manner. To ensure that the agreed or committed service level standards between the HMO/Insurance providers and the Clients are met or complied with accordingly.

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any 4-year course.

• Required skills: Analytical, organized, proficient in MS Office especially excel, with good communication skills (verbal & written).

• Required languages: English, Filipino.

• Attention to detail and results-oriented are highly desired qualifications.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• At least one (1) year of work experience and training in voice and non-voice customer service.

• Professionalism: Projects a courteous and helpful demeanor in all customer interactions.

• Efficiency: Able to handle tasks promptly and accurately.

• Team Player: Collaborates effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
