• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, travel agents, and corporate accounts regarding flight bookings, ticketing, schedules, and fares.
• Provide accurate information on airline products, promotions, and services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, rebooking, refunds, and special requests in accordance with company policies.

Qulifications: 

• Open to Adapters and Shifters with a minimum of 6 months Sales Experience in any industry 
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule and onsite
