Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and standard IT tools
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and user access
• Support Citrix, VDI environments, and voice/network technologies as required
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through standard IT tools
• Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
• Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures
• Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and complex issues
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to end-users

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field (other courses accepted with relevant skills)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support (Desktop, Voice, Server, or Firewall support)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer operations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Citrix, VDI, Network, and Voice technologies
• IT certifications are a plus but not required
