Descripción

  • Manage and process US Leave Management programs, including FMLA, CFMLA, and other federal/state-mandated leaves
  • Oversee termination monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with US labor laws and company policies
  • Handle US employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries
  • Provide coaching or guidance to junior HR team members as needed
  • Utilize HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft and Oracle to manage employee records and transactions
  • Collaborate with US-based HR teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, US labor regulations, and confidentiality protocols
  • Analyze HR data and reports to support business decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate (any course)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in US HR, including US Leave Management (FMLA, CFMLA), US Termination Monitoring, and US Benefits
  • Experience in leading or coaching teams
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR and Oracle modules is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Willing to work on a graveyard schedule
