Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Part-Time Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting with the hiring process for various positions. This role will involve working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Review resumes to shortlist candidates.
• Collect and document essential candidate details such as expected salary, notice period, etc.
• Perform minimal edits to resumes to enhance presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate applications.
• Outlining daily tasks completed and recruitment activities.
• Stay informed on industry hiring trends and practices.

• Experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a part-time capacity.
