Descripción

A Social Media & Community Manager will serve as the creative force behind the company’s online presence, responsible for scriptwriting, copywriting, subtitling, social media handling, and community management. This role is crucial in building and engaging our audience across various platforms.


  1. Scriptwriting:
  2. Create compelling scripts for video content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  3. Copywriting:
  4. Develop engaging and on-brand copy for various marketing materials and social media posts.
  5. Subtitling:
  6. Generate accurate and appealing subtitles for video content.
  7. Social Media Handling:
  8. Manage and curate content on all social media platforms.
  9. Implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  10. Coordinate with the Creative Department for content creation and scheduling.
  11. Community Management:
  12. Engage with the online community, responding to comments and fostering positive interactions.
  13. Coordinate with influencers to enhance brand awareness.
  14. Other Tasks:
  15. Assist in any other tasks assigned by the Marketing Director or Management.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Experience in handling artists, boy/girl groups is an advantage
  • Experience in Music, Entertainment and Production industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Experience in working with a team of social media specialists
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram, Google+, and other social media platforms
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Understanding of video content creation and subtitling
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize social media strategies
  • Familiarity with music and video streaming rules, trends and platforms
  • Strong multitasking and leadership skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
