  • Investigating and researching various travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options and activities
  • Offering expert advice on travel regulations, visa and passport requirements and travel insurance options
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of travel planning and sales techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using reservation software or booking systems
