We're looking for a Facebook Ads Strategist who knows how to take a working ad and scale it the right way with structure, logic, and strong ROAS results.

This role is for someone who has experience in high-budget scaling, understands performance metrics, and knows how to test aggressively without burning ad spend.

What You’ll Do:

• Launch, monitor, and scale Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Identify winning creatives, audiences, and angles and scale them strategically
• Build retargeting and lookalike funnels for better ROAS
• Test aggressively with new hooks, creatives, and audiences
• Work closely with our creative and sales team to align messaging with backend results
• Monitor daily performance and shift budget based on results

• Solid experience running e-commerce Facebook Ads with real results
• Knows how to scale properly with structure, not guesswork
• Deep understanding of ROAS, CPP, CTR, and funnel optimization
• Strong testing mindset: knows how to run creative testing and audience breakdowns
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like AdSpy, Meta Ads Library, UTM tagging, and Shopify
