Syarat-syarat

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in air conditioning repair, electrical work, routine inspections, and plumbing.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and ensure safety standards.
  • Working Conditions: May involve working outdoors or in confined spaces, with occasional after-hours availability.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills for fixing maintenance issues, attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability are essential.
