  • Experience: 7+ years in creative roles (agency or in-house), with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing cross-platform campaigns (digital, social, print, video).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools.
  • Soft Skills: Storytelling, collaboration, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Education: Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (optional but preferred).
