Credit Risk Assessment:

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers. 
• Identify and mitigate potential credit risks. 
• Determine appropriate credit limits and terms. 

Collections Management: 

• Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts. 
• Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect outstanding debts or negotiate payment plans. 
• Document collection activities and maintain accurate records. 
• Research account disputes and billing discrepancies. 

Negotiation and Debt Recovery:

• Negotiate payment terms or settlements with clients to facilitate debt recovery. 
• Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow. 
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance departments to address collection issues. 

Reporting and Analysis:

• May also include tasks such as processing payments, verifying customer information, and assisting with billing inquiries. experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable is typically required
