• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Has necessary training – BOSH, COSH, etc.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience is preferred.
• Good in written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office applications - Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience in Oil and Gas industry is an advantage.
• Amenable to work at Pitalo, San Fernando, Cebu.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY, SECURITY

• Conduct safety training and orientation to employees, guests and visitors.
• Implement and maintain safety programs, policies and procedures to ensure good health and safe practices.
• Conduct job hazard analysis and risk assessment to work related processes of the company.
• Monitors and maintain an updated emergency preparedness plan. Assist Emergency.
• Response Team during emergency situations.
• Ensure that the emergency equipment (oil spill and firefighting equipment) is ready and effectively maintained to control loss during emergencies.
• Creates awareness among the employees and heighten the consciousness about safety, good housekeeping and environmental.
• Record accident occurrence and formulation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepares safety statistical information as basis for the safety performance of the facility.
• Monitors the activities and accomplishment of the security.
• Ensure that the security operations are within the bound of the company security manual.
• Monitors security agency compliance to the immediate reportorial of incidences of their respective locations including investigation of security incidents.

FACILITY MAINTENANCE

• Oversee terminal maintenance. This includes repair on the terminal facilities and equipment such as PD pumps, motors, valves, loading arms, HVAC, firefighting system, piping system etc.
• Identify and recommend replacement or upgrade of terminal facilities and equipment.
• Prepare proposals, technical evaluation, recommendations and submit Purchase Requisitions.
• Ensure that the implementation of PM is carried out based on the scheduled and detailed tasks.
• Ensure that the documentation is in place for effective maintenance history monitoring and improvement reference.
• Assist on the facility inspection, safety audit and training requirement.
• Monitor, review and inspect HESS related project development.

OTHERS

• Conducts periodic audit of the terminal or to any other terminals.
• Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
