職務内容

説明

  • Assist in keying timesheets for payroll
  • Basic Admin Duties, attending Phone calls, basic accounting
  • Assist in keying projects for project allocation
  • Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants)
  • Interview arrangements
  • Assist in full spectrum of employment cycle
  • Weekly manpower update
  • Maintain HRIS, HRApp and proper P-files
  • Maintain database for project passes
  • Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL)
  • Workers dormitory coordination
  • Leave Administration
  • Identify and administrate training needs & enrolment
  • Insurance policy renewals and claims submission
  • Handle ad-hoc office administration
  • Organize company recreation event
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

要件

  • A or O level
  • 1 years of working experience in similar capacity, freshers can apply
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words
