Conducts employee orientation of Company Policy, Rules and Regulations and signing of Employment Contract to briefly discuss the employment arrangements, conditions and nature of the newly hired employees.
Responsible for the sourcing of candidates, interview, background investigation, recruitment and manpower pooling.
Ensures proper onboarding of employee to include work station, tools of the trade or office equipment, training schedules, and assessment during probationary period.
Documents all employee movements and ensures that there is proper and timely advise to HR, Audit, and Accounting
Ensures that clearances are followed up with all concerned to avoid employee complaints and advises HR, Audit and Accounting.
Ensures that all employment contract, pre employment requirements and other documents pertaining to the employees are filed in their 201 file including their list of accountabilities of the issued items to them including signed Job Description.
Handles purchasing of office supplies ensuring that there has been proper canvassing of prices to ensure best deals based on branch's budget.
