- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot network problems and connectivity issues
- Assist users with system setup, installations, and configurations
- Document support requests and resolutions
- Maintain IT inventory and equipment
- Collaborate with other IT staff for escalated issues
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on technical support experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person, document solutions, maintain IT inventory.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require occasional on-site support.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, patience, and a team player.
