About the role

As a Chinese Translator at Yinshan Lending Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication and understanding between the company and its Mandarin-speaking clients. • Accurately translate written documents, including contracts, correspondence, and marketing materials, from English to Mandarin and vice versa
• Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and client interactions
• Ensure the consistent use of terminology and maintain high-quality translations that meet the company's standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address the language needs of Mandarin-speaking clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in translation and interpretation
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's translation processes and resources

• At least 2 years of experience in Chinese translation (on-site), not limited to the same industry.
• Good character, high stability, and strong logical communication skills.
• Able to accept the company's office location (distance).
• Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, with the ability to translate between the two languages with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
• Strong research and analytical skills to ensure the consistency and quality of translations
• Experience in the financial services or lending industry is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
